Core Stability Advancements and Applications to the Pilates Reformer

This workshop will provide exercises designed to effectively develop core strength through higher intensity overload, as well as exercises with large exercise balls and rotator discs on the reformer to develop proprioceptive aspects of multi-planar core stability.
